报告摘要： In this talk, I will present my current work in the field of biological image analysis. The talk contains two parts. The first part of the talk is about airway tube morphogenesis in mouse lung. We carried out 3D airway tube reconstruction using embryonic mouse lung live-imaging data, and then built a mathematical model to understand the relationship between orientational cell division and airway tube morphogenesis. Numerical simulation shows that our model predictions are in good agreement with the experiment. The second part of the talk is about a super-resolution imaging technique utilizing polarization-modulation, in which a series of fluorescence images of an object with different polarization are combined to reconstruct a high-resolution image. We improved the existing reconstruction algorithm by introducing the group-sparsity regularization.
